Definitely never heard of green toe. I think this is the ZA international version, so warranty may be non existent, I believe. We are getting to the end of the year, and Samsung will be dropping the price soon like previous models, they have done that every year for them. I am personally waiting for the Samsung education/first responder discount to make it sub $1k to buy. Seen the international version on Woot for $1k already, so this is a better price... Just not sure about this green toe company, not familiar.
I'm pretty sure they're legit. There have been tons of TV deals from them. That said, the H isn't much different from last year's F that's going for $800. If this isn't the international version, it's a great deal.
Edit: looks like it is the international model. Personally I'd pass.

Green toe has been around for a while and is trust worth y. They used to allow you to name your price and vendors could accept or respond with pricing counter offers
