Just a few notes since this is a very expensive laptop:
1. PCOnline is a reseller who orders the base model, and then opens it and installs components/upgrades. So you aren't receiving a new, sealed HP. It will be opened and upgraded.
2. PCOnline has awful reviews if you google them. Their website looks like it was done in a day - very generic, and multiple typos (never a good sign). Their reviews have the same common theme - they don't respond, and don't honor their advertised warranty.
3. If you look at their BBB reviews, it gets even worse. 1 star, pretty much all reviews are 1 star, including very recent reviews. Their recent reviews say they got defrauded by the company as they received computers originally purchased in other countries, invalidating the manufacturer warranty, and of course they don't respond.
So very much buyer beware, not sure I'd spend this much money on a laptop and risk it based off of the above.

Thanks for pointing this out. I looked further into PCOnline after your comment, and there are definitely some legitimate caveats buyers should know about.
The Newegg listing itself confirms that PCOnline opens the original seal to perform the RAM/storage upgrade, with PCOnline providing the 1-year coverage on those upgraded components while the remaining components are stated to retain the manufacturer's warranty. So anyone expecting a factory-sealed HP 64GB/2TB configuration should absolutely be aware of that.
The BBB complaints are concerning as well, particularly the reports involving warranty/service issues. That said, for some additional context, PCOnline currently has a 4.6/5 rating from 783 seller ratings on Newegg, so the feedback isn't uniformly negative.
One clarification regarding international units: HP's warranty policy doesn't categorically say that a machine originating outside the US has no warranty here. HP states that products may receive warranty service in another country where HP supports the same model number, although service availability and terms can vary.
Still, at $3,699, I agree that buyers should know exactly what they're getting. I'd recommend verifying the HP serial/warranty status immediately upon delivery and confirming the installed RAM/SSD and overall configuration during the return window.
Appreciate you bringing the seller-specific concerns to the thread, this is useful information for anyone considering the deal.
