I thought long and hard about this and did my research.
From what I gather - the Pro makes more sense for art mode depending on the lighting situation for the TV. Does your room get lots of direct sunlight exposure? If yes then the Pro could make sense.
But if the TV is in a darker living room or not in direct sunlight, skip the pro and get the regular TV.
I was tempted by the specs on the new Pro version because the difference in price wasn't that much. But I ultimately skipped it for a few reasons:
