I have had a couple of these for years on a property I have in another state and they have been rock solid almost all the time. Only a few times did I have an issue where they stopped charging and you just have to have someone unplug the cable and plug it back in and it is fine.

Terrible support.

Yup, they've gone downhill. Mine only works when it's plugged into an A/C outlet. Waste of money. I switched to Tapo.

This is the camera my neighbor has over his garage door. Worked great for about 1/2 year, then started disconnecting from WiFi for no reason and doesnt reconnect automatically. Seems to be a common problem now.
