Great deal in my opinion. Before bed I mix in some PB powder (extra protein too) and I also add a very tiny splash of coffee creamer to sweeten.

You have yourself a high protein desert with not too many extra calories and sugar.

I like the unflavored one, but yeah you have to mix it into something with flavor, like peanut butter, or fruit in a smoothie, or it will clash with your cottage cheese or yogurt.

I only ever get unflavored. I don't understand why people wanna pay for their low cost fake sugar and chemicals when you can just add your own Whole Foods for cheaper
