Sounds quality is decent. Like all open-ear buds bass quality will not be as good as something that isolates and seals your ear canal completely. But it's good.
Microphone call quality is OK. I doubt there's any noise cancellation on this.
These are good for listening to music, podcasts, etc while walking / working out / being at work / chores at home/ etc while still being able to hear the world around you.
