Returned!
The unit started to drop wifi connection and eventually won't turn on after couple months. There customer service was almost non-existent so I had emailed many support accounts and finally heard back.( they are working from China, so their reply is usually in their working hour, and they took almost two weeks off for Chinese Thanksgiving days.)
Anyway, no. They won't simply replace your unit. They will ask for you to disassemble whole parts just to find out i need to replace something else.
They just suggested to ship the parts out so that I can replace the parts.
I am glad that Amazon took my return outside of my return period. I will hard pass on this company. Yeah, you may think there is nothing to lose and worth to take a shot. But you don't know what you may lose beside 170 dollar.
