Not by a long shot local to me. Costco and Sam's club local to me both 4.17 . 7/11 4.25 a gallon. Add in 50 cents off tomorrow 3.75 not to mention there are other discounts on the 7/11 app that all stack.

7-Eleven's Fuel app promo cuts gas by 50 cents per gallon on the listed days, and the app can stack that with other fuel discounts like Price Lock, welcome offers, and some card rewards. The savings show in the Fuel tab after texting AGAIN to 711711 from the rewards number, then picking a location in the app. Price Lock can hold a local rate for four days and may apply across other 7-Eleven stations. The main catches are that it is limited to once per day and some locations, including New Jersey, are excluded.

Common Questions (6)

  • Yes. The promo can stack with other app discounts, and some accounts also show extra savings such as Price Lock, Home Depot Pro Xtra fuel savings, or card-linked cash back. One example brought the price down from $4.69/gal to $3.93/gal after stacking $0.50 Welcome, $0.11 Price Lock, and $0.15 more.

  • Text AGAIN to 711711 using the phone number linked to your 7Rewards account. If you get an error, enable SMS promotions in the app under Profile > Preferences > Notifications, then check the Fuel tab in the app for the savings.

  • The discount appears in the app only on the promo days, 10/7 and 10/11, not immediately after texting the code. It can be used once per day, so plan one fill-up per day if you want to use it on both dates.

  • Open the app, tap Fuel at the bottom, and pick a location to see local gas prices and any eligible discounts. The Price Lock feature can scan nearby 7-Eleven fuel prices, lock the lowest one for 4 days, and later be unlocked and re-locked if needed.

  • No, it can only be used once per day. If you need to fill two vehicles, use one on 10/7 and the other on 10/11, and line up the tanks because some pumps shut off quickly when idle.

    tacomaguy20chadog900

  • Yes, New Jersey is excluded, which can prevent the discount from working even if you have a nearby participating station. That exclusion explains why the promo may not appear or apply there.

It sucks but honestly it's for the best. Fuel apps/loyalty cards other than QuickChek are miserable to use in NJ.
