Not sure if it was a joke, but someway said skip this because it doesn't have cups. The cups included in some Corelle dinnerware sets (which might no longer be available? I don't see them on the Corelle website) aren't vitrelle, the material that is more or less synonymous with Corelle. They're stoneware, like a normal mug, and pretty disappointing stoneware at that.
(At one point, Corelle did make vitrelle cups. But personally, I'd rather have more interesting and beautiful glassware, and there's no shortage of competition for that. Corelle seems to agree: they now sell other brands' glassware as partner products. But vitrelle remains hard to beat for dishware.)
