I have the Roborock Q10 PF+, after about 4 months, the roller started to "jam" itself into the side, now I am struggling to even get the roller out and it jams all of the time. Going to see how the warranty works with Roborock, but def. don't see it lasting much longer.

I have had great experience with their support. After having it for 2 years my water dispenser stopped working and I could not buy it anywhere. I reached out to support to see if there is a way to buy one from them and they sent it to me for free.

Thanks! That gives me hope about it then. Other than this issue and fur getting stuck and me having to clean the roller each time (I think because its jamming), it did a great job at cleaning and mapping out the house.

The picture only appears to show a compartment for dust but no clean and dirty water tanks. Is all the water for the mops stored in the device itself? Do you have to refill after each use?

I have an S5 which has been running strong for 5 years - I am waiting for it to die but it won't. Really want to upgrade but can't justify it yet. I will buy Roborock again for sure.

I had this exact model and it was amazing while it worked, but died after one year and after warranty which was disappointing. I had two dogs at the time, so a lot of pet dander may have been an issue. Self-repair options and replaceable parts were not widely available at the time either. Good price to try it though!

edit: my mistake it was a Q5+ with self emptying that had the issues.
