but it has to be exactly the same product, correct? in other words, i can't stack this 15 devise version with a 5 device/2 year version i own now?
From Bitdefender website:
Step 1: Ensure Compatibility
Before proceeding, verify that:
The new subscription is identical to your current one (same product name & number of users).
The total validity period of both subscriptions combined does not exceed 5 years.
The subscription is not a trial version or an NFR (Not For Resale) promotional subscription.
How often do these deals come up with them? It seems like a lot?
So ideally you should sign up for a monthly free trial where you enter your credit card information to try it first right? Then start using it and after a short while, you would know if you want to continue using it or not. Once you do, you go and buy one of these if it's on sale? Then make sure your plan doesn't renew and it gets cancelled before the trial period ends.
Now if you already bought it or want to buy the discounted price now and it's available and you have it or buy it, you need to uninstall the free trial version? Then install the regular version? Then enter the code? Is that how it works? Is the free trial they let you use for a month the exact same as the paying version? Once you buy it, when is the latest time you active to activate it. How long do they give you?
