Walmart has the nearly identical LG monitor for slightly less. I think its just a letter difference in the model number, but I couldn't find any real differences.

VA on an ultrawide at this price is not a dealbreaker. You get better blacks than IPS and the tradeoff is some smearing on fast motion, which matters in shooters and not at all for spreadsheets and video. Worth knowing before you buy, not worth skipping over.
