There are numerous reviews saying the vanilla flavor tastes and smells like rotten cheese FYI

Not the chocolate. Apparently the vanilla sucks.

I know tastes are subjective and everything, but I've found the vanilla to be the best vanilla flavored protein powder in the 15+ years I've been drinking protein shakes. Most vanilla protein powders taste intensely artificial and are sickeningly sweet. The Sports Research uses natural vanilla and is pretty mild both in flavor and sweetness. I hated the chocolate, as I can't stand the taste of sucralose (Splenda), which the chocolate contains, not to mention the health concerns with sucralose.
