While you are correct, the slime portion of the slime deluxe kit is just the brand name. Its just a plug kit like this, without the fanttik upcharge.

This is what I have in my trunk for road trips; luckily, I have never had to use it. $7.97 at mile local Walmart.

For the repairs I've needed, places like Town fair tire charge only a few bucks for a proper PATCH
