I want to say that my review is for the TV itself. I use it with an Apple TV for the actual content. I like that it comes with its own low profile mount. It really does look like a canvas in art mode and I love the matte screen. A proper TV mount would provide things like pan and tilt which this one doesn't, but even the most basic mount that you'd trust for a $900 will probably run you $80 and a pan tilt mount could be closer to $200. This one is included and it holds it so close to the wall which isn't possible with any other mount. I had a pan tilt mount for my old TV which was great for fine tuning the viewing angle, but I've found that with the matte screen on The Frame, I get a good view from pretty much everywhere in the room.
I also love how the box with all of the inputs is separate from the tv and it's powered by a single cable for both power and data. This allowed me to cut a hole in the wall and keep all my AV gear in a separate room from the TV. The connector is a bit big, so I needed to cut a 1 inch hole to do so, but it was worth it. It's so convenient to be able to put it all on an open air cabinet where I can cable manage everything and everything has room to breathe. Before, I was keeping everything in a media console which was very cramped which made it a pain to plug in anything.
The 55" is in stock and only $700 which might be an even better price if you don't need a 65". FYI The Frame Pro uses a wireless box so you still need to power the TV with a cable and the newest regular Frame does not have an external box, the connections are on the TV.
