Found this stuff a couple years ago after my neck was so locked up the chiropractor couldn't do anything for me. It's basically always $20-25, never seen it half price before. The stuff works wonders and it doesn't take much either (size of a quarter at most). I still have the first bottle from three+ years ago, and don't think it has the Arnica in it. It's helped with sore neck, sprained foot (way more than epson salt/ice soaking), my 98yo grandma's neck/back pain, etc. Worth a try at this price IMO.
