The F means no iGPU so you will need a dedicated GPU. Integrated graphics can also be really nice for troubleshooting GPU issues. This is basically a free cooler although I don't think this CPU really requires liquid cooling, sustained power draw is 65w. But I'm a bit out of the loop these days, building PCs is currently too expensive for me to dabble in.

Yeah weird combo. Slow low powered CPU with water cooling doesn't make sense.
