Some of the fonts and templates require a subscription but you can use it without one. "customers note that premium templates and decorative elements (marked with a diamond icon) require a paid subscription ($7.99/month or $34.99/year)."

EDIT: This uses the PrintMaster app that I use for another label printer I have and I don't miss the premium stuff at all. You can load images into it so you can search the web for any icons you want to use on the label.

Be aware that this is direct thermal printing, which is not very durable and tends to fade.for better printing, you want 'thermal transfer' printing. But hey, it's $14, so have fun!
