This 52 inch Hart rolling tool cabinet stands out as a lot of storage for the money, with soft close drawers, included liners, and a keyed lock. The size and layout draw praise as a better fit than smaller Hart boxes, and the price looks strong versus Harbor Freight and Husky alternatives. Shipping is the main risk, though, with freight and ground deliveries sometimes arriving damaged or freight charges appearing in cart. It feels more entry level than truly heavy duty, so it suits basic homeowner and DIY use best.
The cabinet can arrive in perfect condition when shipping handling goes well.
The drawers can include soft-close action for smoother garage storage use.
The cabinet can feel sufficient for basic homeowner and DIY tool storage needs.
The cabinet can be assembled in about 20 minutes with included hardware.
FedEx freight can mangle or smash the cabinet during delivery, leading to returns.
The cabinet can feel thinner than older Husky workbench storage, making "heavy duty" feel overstated.
Some orders can add freight charges in the cart even when the product page shows free shipping.
Hart discontinuation can create uncertainty about warranty support in future years.

There's not anything they offer that's similarly sized at this price either.
A US General cabinet would almost certainly be better quality but cost more. Is that a better "value"? It depends.

Both arrived today, but on different trucks.
Bottom shipped FedEx freight and top came FedEx ground.
Bottom was delivered perfectly, on a pallet, and no issues. Got it put together (casters, handle, etc.) in about 20 minutes.
Top was smashed up on multiple angles. Dropped at my garage door on its side, dents in multiple parts of the frame, and overall beat to hell.
Returned it to Walmart today for a full refund and reordered, hoping I get lucky with the next one, otherwise, that'll go back too.
Overall, build quality is recent - definitely feels a bit thinner than my old Husky 48" x 24" workbench.
I'm sure it'll hold up just fine. Drawers come with liners, keyed lock if you need it. "Heavy Duty" is a bit of a stretch - I'd say it's about on par with most entry level boxes.
Plan is to move some stuff around, use the old Husky as my worktop, and load this thing up with some tools.
Final note, Hart has been discontinued, but was a Walmart exclusive line from TTI, the same company that makes Milwaukee and Ryobi.
Satisfied with the bottom part, hope to get the top part in good shape, but for $650 + tax shipped to me, it's a pretty decent bargain if you need the tool storage.
