Urban Air is offering a free Unlimited Play ticket through KidHub, and the ticket can be used at participating parks for 45 days after it loads. The offer appears in the app under Explore, and the email or front counter check in can work if the ticket does not show up in KidHub. The main catches are that grippy socks still have to be purchased, and some accounts are seeing the ticket tied to a different location than expected. Some checkouts also still show $30 instead of the free ticket, so redemption may take a little troubleshooting.
Parents planning a flexible visit can use this because the ticket stays valid for 45 days and does not have to be used on the event day.
Families with a KidHub account can use this for a kids' indoor play day because the ticket covers ball pits, laser tag, and games for younger children.
Families who need a fallback at the front desk can use this because the email can be shown at check-in when the ticket does not appear in the app.
Households with multiple children can use this when each child has a separate KidHub account, because each free ticket requires its own unique email.
Families expecting a simple same-location redemption are not ideal for this because the ticket can load to a different park than the one they wanted.
Shoppers wanting a frictionless checkout are not ideal for this because the app can still show a $30 price or no discount at checkout.
Visitors who do not want to buy park socks are not ideal for this because redemption requires purchasing and using the grippy socks.
Families with younger kids who want access to every area are not ideal for this because some play zones are restricted for smaller children.
