Morningsave.com?
MorningSave.com is a legitimate online discount retail store, not an outright scam. It is owned by Stores.com, LLC (part of Mercatalyst, founded by the creators of Woot) and holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
However, customer experiences are highly mixed, and there are a few important caveats you should keep in mind before purchasing:

⚠️ Important Things to Watch Out For

• The Membership Fee Trap: Many customers complain about being automatically enrolled in a $5.99 to $12.95 monthly fee for a "Membership" (often for free shipping) after making a purchase. Make sure to uncheck any box enrolling you in a recurring subscription at checkout.
• Return Policy: Their return policy can be strict. Customers frequently note that returning items can be difficult, slow, or require you to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
• Product Quality & Shipping: Because it operates as a liquidation and closeout site, some shoppers report receiving items with damaged packaging, delayed shipping times, or products that feel cheaper than advertised.
Summary: You will receive the items you order, making it legally legit, but you should audit your bank statements after buying to ensure you aren't being charged a monthly membership fee.

It is NOT a LiFePO4. It's a LI-Ion pack. I own 2 of these.
If you read the PDF from the link you posted for the H100, you would see on page 1 that it clearly says Li-Ion battery pack.

No menards around me but the reviews at Sam's made it seem worth a shot for $35. Thanks!

It's a decent little unit for 'cheap bare minimum' small device charging and emergency backup power, such as for phones, modem, hotspot device, etc.
It's not stong enough to have AC power capabilities, but it came in very handy for me on several power outages over the past year.
I was able to keep my internet up by it powering my 5G hotspot device, as well as charging my phone a few times. The solar panel is just the minimum and will trickle-charge the unit if you have the sunlight.

I bought one. I've cycled through it a few times. Works well enough, for the price. Easy to throw it in back of the car and forget about it, compared to worrying about my nice Anker that cost $80, for the second one, after I lost my first one on a plane. Are you going to regret it for $35? I doubt you'd miss the money, and the solar panel works as a standalone. I tried to replicate this with something else for Father's Day and it cost more. I have others that would like this.
