I wish these brands were more transparent about their certifications. Who did them? Where's the certificate? Was it HPLC-tested?

I got my creatine from Costco.
I can't remember the brand right now, but I hope Costco would do a little more due diligence than Amazon, where everything fake is the new norm.

Anything creapure if you want the most pure creatine. HPLC-tested creatine is great too, like MuscleTech's, and it's a third less costly than creapure

I do too, but the unflavored dissolves best. Apple isn't very strong (which can be good, especially if you mix it with more water and flavoring) and it can be a little grainy. I have orange but I haven't tried it yet. The unflavored one works best for me.

Based on my research NSF certification is what you should look for and is mind of redundant to creapure as it's done after manufacturing/right before packaging wheeas creapure is prior to being sold off to packagers
