I don't know about this one but the high end ones work. They smooth out the skin and and decrease lines and wrinkles.

I was fully prepared to come in here and mock anyone who thinks RLT is anything but woo...but apparently that's not the case? At least not entirely. Seems to very much depend on the wavelength and output. Most of the actual research appears to use lasers instead of, or in addition to, red LEDs.

So TIL. Once you weed out all the MLM, quasi-science claims, and useless devices on the market, RLT might do something.
