Good price, but I find all these end of the flashlight buttons die on me after a year or two on other similar flashlights.

Try putting oil (not WD40) on the switch. Can clean the contacts, and it carries electricity.

  • Look for a flashlight that takes AA instead of AAA. Or look fora rechargeable
  • 100 pack of AAA batteries $30
  • 100 pack of AA batteries $26
  • double A last 2 to three times as long and basically the same price or less
  • AA Batteries: Typically provide around 2,000–3,000 mAh, making them suitable for high-drain devices like digital cameras and game controllers.
  • AAA Batteries: Usually offer about 800–1,200 mAh, ideal for low-drain devices such as remote controls and small LED lights.

The AA math holds up in general, just not really here, since there are 36 AAAs in the box. That's six cells per light before you spend anything. BlueSeaLake's worry is the one I'd keep instead, it's a dual action tail switch doing both on/off and the mode cycling, and that's usually the part that quits.

Sometimes, it feelike these battery ones are better than rechargeable, especially in emergency situations.

These are typically much stronger than 200 lumens. I can't find the output in the listing. Also, do these work with the larger 18650 3.7 volt batteries?

These are basically disposable, esp at this price. Not bad to keep as backups in a car or to give to kids for camping.
