Solid deal at $1,100 if you specifically want the Alienware chassis and display. The RTX 5060 should handle 1440p gaming well, and the 165Hz 2K screen is a nice match for the GPU. My main hesitation is the 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, both of which feel a little light for a gaming laptop in late 2026. There have also been some aggressively priced RTX 5060 laptops lately from Lenovo and Acer that offer more storage or higher-wattage GPU implementations for similar money. Still, if you value build quality, thermals, and the Alienware design, this looks like a reasonable buy rather than a screaming hot deal.

It's 1200p, which is a good match for the 5060. Not many choices at the moment at $1100, if you must buy now it's decent. I'd rather have the OLED Lenovo but that's $300 more.
