Probably one of the better deals you will find on a machine with the B390 iGPU. It's touch screen like the open box hp from best buy, but for a little bit more you get a 2880x1800 screen.
Specs
Intel Core Ultra X7 358H
32GB DDR5
Intel Arc B390 iGPU

Drops down to as low as 20watt in sustained use.
It takes up around 0.5-1 inches of more space than my macbook pro 16 inch, but thinner and lighterweight. the space it takes up was surprising to me.
the competitor laptops have 4-5 more hours of battery life like the acer swift 16 same specs. 12 hours on msi. 16 hours on acer swift web browsing. See notebookcheck.
The biggest thing - heating on the left side. Gets pretty hot there. Some overheating +throttling mentioned by other commenter and i wouldn't be surprised.
Not a big fan of whatever is going on with the trackpad, but probably could get used to it.

Let me be clear, it's not just "Hot", it literally overheats and throttles to <1/3 of its peak performance.
I've tested it extensively, it can hold 30-35watts for less than half an hour, after that, it drops to 20-25watt, super slowmo.
100% FAIL.
This thing will just burn up and desolder itself on you over time.
Do not buy it AT ANY PRICE.
It should work fine for very light users, but why would you pay $1270 for a beater.
