You're going to have to pay much more for any meaningful quality improvement in bits.
That said, the driver is not great (too much resistance in the rotating cap) but works...most of the accessories however are awful and barely work.
If you're expecting a complete quality package for $6, you'll be very disappointed. If you only expect some fairly good bits for $6, you'll be very pleased.
