Bomgaars has the DEWALT TOUGHSERIES 172-Piece 3-Drive Mechanics Tool Set (DWMT45416) for $139.99.
This is the newer TOUGHSERIES version with 144-tooth / 2.5° arc ratchets in 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" drive.
It's also one of the more socket-focused DeWalt mechanics sets with very little filler:
109 shallow/deep 6-point sockets (SAE + metric)
3 × 144-tooth ratchets
6 extensions
3 universal joints
3 drive adapters
3 spark-plug sockets
Hex and Torx bit sockets
Full Lifetime Warranty
Unlike some of the other DeWalt mechanics sets, this one doesn't pad the piece count with combination wrenches, screwdriver bits, or nut-driver bits.
$139.99 at Bomgaars.
There is also a $20 rebate, but according to the promotion terms the rebate is in-store purchase only.
Shipping was $25 for me, so store pickup is the better deal if you have a Bomgaars nearby or the usual toss up of price matching with Home Depot.
