Akro Mils stackable bins are a sturdy, industrial style storage option that works well for small parts, hardware, and trade fittings. The bins stack solidly, stay easy to reach even without wall mounting, and can also be used with rails, hangers, or simple DIY wall setups. Long term durability stands out, with reports of years of heavy use and the bins still looking new. The main caveat is fit and access when stacking several rows deep, and a cheaper Dollar Tree alternative exists for basic use.
The bins hold up well for sorting hardware like copper and PEX fittings, with durability that remains strong over years.
The bins can be mounted using rail or hanger options, which adds flexibility beyond simple countertop storage.
The bins stack solidly with good manufacturing tolerances, making tall floor-to-ceiling arrangements feel stable.
The bins are easy to reach and use even without wall mounting, since stacking keeps access straightforward.
Pulling bins out can feel less convenient when multiple rows are stacked deep, especially for small hardware access.
Similar stack-and-nest plastic bins are available in-store at Dollar Tree for about $1.25 each, which can reduce the deal's advantage.
The deal price may be less compelling if your preferred bin size is not commonly stocked, since pricing expectations can vary by dimension.

My grandma worked at a plastics company in Wadsworth . They did injection molding and she used to get me all kinds of cool shit when I was a kid. They made sleds, snowboards, all lot of step-two stuff, coolers, etc.
I looked at their site and I didn't see anything about an outlet store or anything but it would be worth driving by!
They probably just haven't been selling much of this particular dimension; it's a good deal—especially if your particular use-case requires it.

Still looks brand new since I have them. High quality USA made stuff!! I wanted only the best bins, the chinese stuff was not holding up to color/shape/brittle.
