According to folgers a cup of coffee is 6 oz so you are using at least two packets for a small coffee so realistically it's 40 or fewer cups but still not a bad deal.

This is $1.66/oz and, as noted by others, makes 84 6 oz cups. Alternatively, Walmart's Great Value Classic Medium Roast 12 oz instant coffee is $8.48 ($0.71/oz) and (per the label) makes up to 180 6 oz cups.

While mathematically correct, good luck portion that correctly in practice. Not to mention this is more ideal for packing some of them out during vacation. Sometimes, it's not about mathematically cheapest win. Paying extra or double on something insignificant for my own convenience is not something I would complain about.
