None of the reviews mention this. Personal experience?

I looked at some other similar carts (just lower capacity). None of those reviews indicate that they cannot handle rugs or uneven surfaces.

Yup. Closest I found was somebody saying they'd but bigger wheels on it. I ordered one. Walmart has credits through onepay and I had some walmart cash. Not really worth the effort, but still a good deal.

on a rug? Why would you be using this on carpeting ? Plush carpet I can understand but a flat area rug shouldn't be an issue.

As a scrum master project manager at a large company trying to add value to the conversation because my skill set has no I will now talk about quantitative data and also talk about rug data not being true in this care. I'll have to verify this with Claude gtps

As a Scrum Master Project Manager embedded within a highly matrixed, cross-functional enterprise value ecosystem, I think we need to zoom out before we zoom in and ensure we're strategically aligned on what alignment actually means within the broader context of the conversation.
From a quantitative qualitative perspective, the data is clearly indicating several data-driven data points; however, I would caution against assuming those data points are necessarily representative of the underlying data from which the data was originally derived. Before operationalizing any actionable learnings, we need to establish a baseline for the baseline and pressure-test whether our existing KPIs are actually key, actually performance-related, or merely indicators.
There's also an opportunity to leverage some synergistic cross-pollination between our upstream downstream stakeholders so we can socialize the learnings, democratize the insights, and create a scalable feedback flywheel that enables us to accelerate velocity without increasing speed.
From an Agile lens, I'm seeing several known unknowns, unknown knowns, and potentially some unknown unknowns that we don't currently know enough about to know whether they're known. I'd recommend parking those in the backlog, moving them into the parking lot, taking the parking lot offline, and then circling back asynchronously to determine whether they should be reintroduced synchronously.
I'd also like to double-click on the RUG metrics. Right now we're treating Red, Amber, and Green as discrete colors, when I think there's an opportunity to reimagine them as an outcome-oriented spectrum of stakeholder-enabled chromatic deliverables. Green doesn't necessarily mean green if the underlying greenness hasn't been benchmarked against our previous green-state maturity model.
Ultimately, I think the biggest unlock here is creating a single source of truth across our multiple sources of truth so that everybody can independently arrive at the same collaboratively predetermined conclusion.
I'll need to validate this through Claude, GPT, Gemini, Copilot, our internal AI governance framework, two pivot tables, and potentially a VLOOKUP before I'm comfortable taking this to the steering committee.
Let's circle back once we've aligned on what we're circling back to.
