I've had this for a while. The casters are crappy. You can't use this on rough pavement. The casters get hung, the stems bend and lose bearing balls. The sleeve-nuts that hold the caster stems are poor quality steel and strip.They are such poor quality that the hex heads on the sleeves get cheweds up when tightening. I however just replaced the casters and it is now functional again.

It IS tiny. I've got one and the pull pin disengaged and now no longer has resistance. You do sit low to the ground. Not a big fan of it.

Purchased this in the black colorway back in 2022 for $37. Its been holding strong but the casters do suck as mentioned above. Even rolling it on pavers with small little gaps; is a pain to do on your back.

This looks identical to the vevor one I got off amazon; the wheels are pure trash. I ended up selling it for $20 after a few uses.

What casters did you go with? I have this, but would like to replace casters for something better.
