EDIT: I received mine. I normally wear a size Large but can squeeze into a Medium if need be, but most of the time I wear a Large. I ordered an XL. They are actually a tad bit too big but not by much. I'd say they run about 1/2 size too big, but it's minor enough that it is fine and if I wash them, they will probably be perfect. They are warm with a fuzzy lining and a nice neoprene shell that will likely be somewhat wind-resistant and provide some protection from light rain. These will likely be nice for my e-scooter in Seattle winters and cold'ish hiking. The biggest downside is that the seams alongside each finger on both sides is quite evident and moderately annoying, using a fairly abrasive / not soft stiching. It's not terrible, but I'd say $7 is about the right price for these. The full retail price of $12 is too much given the sloppy and slightly uncomfortable construction.
