They're not bots. This is by design. There are mods in disguise posing to be regular folks. There are very few decent items on this site. Both are correct. The TLDR is that the batteries inside the power bank store in 2x 5000mah 3.6V standardized cells. The power bank needs to increase the voltage to 5V to charge phones and devices, which reduces the 5000mah cells to approx 3000mah each.

All power banks will have a difference in advertised vs rated capacity unless the manufacturer has their own proprietary battery technology (which would make it cost way more).

You should only judge capacity by Watt-hours (Wh) not by mah because Watt-hours (Wh) = milliAmp-hours (mAh) x Voltage (V) / 1000

Hmmm that looks really small for a 10k 45w battery. Says dimensions are 3.2 × 2.2 × 1.0 in and 7.2oz. For comparison, my 3ish year old Anker 10k 30w battery is 4.25 x 2.5 x .8 in and 7.4 oz. About the size of a pack of cigs. The pics make this one look a lot smaller than it is.

If you look at the output. The picture shows if you use the single usb c port its 45w or single usb port its 27w but if you use both ports its only 15w total. How does that make sense?
