I miss when laptops with 5060s where regularly going for under $800, now a 5050 laptop for $1000 is considered a good deal.

I appreciate 16" laptops, or any laptop really, including FHD+ screens instead of 2k or 4k whose benefits are lost on screens this small, so instead providing the real benefit of a 16:10 screen is terrific. I prefer to game on my laptop (I'm a minimalist) and absolutely love FHD+ real estate.

I just bought a Strix G16 that has 165hz but only 1080p screen...My kitchen laptop in 16" too but has an OLED and man that screen blows the G16 away! Its the only thing I dont like with the Strix , but I cant complain too much, it has a 5060 graphics card and was only $830 open box.

Wow...I just started shopping for a gaming laptop, didn't know they were that price last year. but you can still get a decent deal if you wait...got my 5060 G16 Strix for $830 a couple of weeks ago but it was an open box...hopefully BF deals will be good
