Less than a 1/2" of fatigue cushion seems kinda thin.

Update
For most people, a fatigue mat should be between 3/8 inch and 3/4 inch (10-20 mm) thick.
Here's a general guide:
•3/8 in (10 mm): Good for light-duty use, such as a kitchen sink or home workshop where you stand for shorter periods.
•1/2 in (12-13 mm): The most common and versatile thickness. Provides a good balance of comfort, stability, and durability.
•5/8 to 3/4 in (16-20 mm): Best for standing many hours at a workstation, retail counter, garage workbench, or industrial setting.
A few things to keep in mind:
•Thicker isn't always better. Mats over about 3/4 inch can feel unstable and may increase tripping risk.
•Material matters. A high-quality polyurethane mat at 1/2 inch often feels better and lasts longer than a thicker, cheaper foam mat.
•If you use a rolling chair, choose a much thinner mat or a chair mat instead, since thick anti-fatigue mats make rolling difficult.

I used to have these. They're okay. Honestly I think you're better off buying a pair of Crocs for the house and some real normal mats that looks better. Just wearing Crocs alone will do so much better for you than one of these mats. Plus you can wear the Crocs while doing other activities in the house.
