Also, I did search what you suggested and came up with 0 post.
Only user-driven Autopilot works properly.
Its a known issue with the fTPM on AMD processors. They need to reach out to a server during setup to finish the TPM attestation, but it never actually completes.
Just ran into this with 3 of them for work that needed to be setup.
