Community Reviews
This Samsung Crystal UHD is a budget big screen that works best for general TV watching, especially when paired with an Apple TV or other streamer. The picture is described as fine to decent for the price, and Costco's included extended warranty adds value. The main tradeoffs are the 60 hertz panel, which is less ideal for sports and gaming, plus the basic Tizen software, glare in bright rooms, and a remote with limited buttons. It feels like a solid everyday set if you are not chasing premium picture quality.
Buyers who prioritize a low-cost large-screen upgrade, because it delivers a decent picture for the price and feels like a solid value on sale.
Families wanting a large general-purpose living room TV, because the picture is good enough for everyday viewing and it works well with an external streamer.
Shoppers who want a big screen for casual TV watching, because the set is acceptable once the picture is tuned and the 60Hz panel is fine for non-gaming use.
Costco members who value included coverage, because the deal comes with extended warranty protection.
Gamers who want smooth motion, because the 60Hz panel can feel limiting and is called out as a poor fit for gaming.
Viewers sensitive to picture quality, because color accuracy and blooming are weak compared with better mini-LED options.
Bright rooms with windows or no blinds, because glare can be noticeable on the screen.
Privacy-conscious households, because the smart TV software can push advertising and data collection that is hard to fully control.

Wonder if these $370 units will still be working a dozen years from now... LOL

QM6K pro at Costco is more, but 65" goes on sale for $500 and man is that a way better budget TV set with actual dimming zones, better colors and brightness, and even an anti reflective coating...
Until a manufacturer allows better hardware and software control, I'm going to keep rocking my 2015 flatscreen that's just a dumb display. Wouldn't mind paying $1,000 for a new screen if I had total control and transparency it wasn't working for someone else's interests after I pay for it.
