Sam's Club no. As I have Sam's Club but don't have Costco. And I didn't want to signup just for that deal. As last time I signed up for Costco I never used it. I ended up using the bonus gift card on signup in the food court on their pizza only. And they no longer have the Deluxe or 3 or 4 Meat. Only Sams Club still does. Sucks that Costco only has Pepperoni or Cheese Pizza now.
