At 5pm est it's $1 for the first 10k lol we have gone from 30k>20k>10k drops because apparently lasting 10seconds was just too long of a loss leader for Taco Bell. But I haven't had issues with previous drops until the horrendous app upgrade makes it harder to refresh quickly with the design

How about they pay Kevin Hart less money to use his name, and give us better prices?

This Taco Bell combo is a cheap lunch play built around a Burrito Supreme, crunchy taco, and medium drink, with the Burrito Supreme doing most of the filling. The regular menu pricing makes the bundle look strong on paper, especially versus ordering each item separately, and the no online order or rewards account requirement is a plus. The main knocks are that the burrito can taste bland or mushy, and app checkout has been glitchy, with some orders jumping to full price or failing to refresh. A decent value if the deal price actually sticks.

  • The combo can work as a cheap lunch option when the deal price applies at checkout.

  • The Burrito Supreme inclusion can make the combo more filling than the Duo option.

  • The deal can be obtained without requiring an online order or rewards account.

  • The Burrito Supreme's high a la carte price can make the $4 combo feel inexpensive by comparison.

    HeroTakesAFall

  • The app can show the promo selected but still charge a much higher price at checkout.

  • The app upgrade can make it harder to refresh quickly, which can prevent grabbing the drop.

    new33taiwan

  • The Burrito Supreme can be mushy and bland, which can reduce satisfaction even when the deal price is met.

  • Takeout presentation can suffer, with the burrito reportedly looking like soup when ordered to go.

it starts at 10am pacific today and participating locations only. That said, I see $4.10 for my location w/ a dirty soda.
Dirty soda is 30 cents extra in my area

it's 10 cents if it's via combo for me, but if I order just a drink it's 50 cents.

Couldn't care less for KH. Bad product and an uninteresting promotion, a true double whammy.

Yep. The Rush Hour royalties are too paltry for him.
Chris Tucker is literally a foot taller than Kevin Hart lol. Not even remotely the same person.

got the promo, it's pretty good value on paper but the burrito supreme was disappointing, overall just mushy and bland. next week supposedly is mexican pizza which i'm looking forward to.

edit: correction in 2 weeks

Is this special 2 tacos and a drink, or I have to choose only one taco?

Be super careful if you order it via Uber eats.yes everything is always marked up a little but not sure if a bug or what. Each item has a mark up when you add it no matter what size or item. If you do not upsize and pick the same items listed here as the options, it ended up being like $18 the other day.

Rough for those who dont last pay attention.

Sadly, that's true. I find myself watching fast food commercials and paying special attention to relative size of a burger or whatever to the size of the french fries or drink, and once you compare, you see the burger is tiny. They play visual tricks to make things look large but they aren't.

Regular taco and this burrito are like two of the most boring, plain items on the TB menu IMHO. Not even worth it at this price. All of these items really should be like a dollar anyway.

Honestly selling it as a $2 burrito, $1 taco and $1 drink isn't bad at all. Their own costs on this are probably ~$1 burrito, $0.40 for the taco and $0.25 for the drink. They have to have some profit margin. That said the MSRP is insane imo.
