Not a brushless model. the 6 1/2 size will be again my replacement my saw is half burned up, those smaller blades cost more it seems.

DCS391 is a brushed 16 year old garbage saw!
Buy the DCS565 when it goes on sale around $99, if you're looking for a 6.5"

Other than current price, why would anybody chose this over a 7 1/4 version? Blade availability is better with the ever so larger version.

Get the corded 7.25 and the cordless 6.5. If you really need 7.25 cordless, why not move up to the DEWALT FLEXVOLT 60V MAX 7.25 in. Cordless Worm Drive Style Saw (Model DCS577)?
