I swore this hit $30 physical, but apparently that was only digital.

I believe the biggest benefit of this is the game is actually on the card, if I'm not mistaken, that's a big deal considering the cost of extra storage and how sizable this game is (60-64gb)

I picked up last December for $17.49 on the eShop during a pricing error.

According to dekudeals, the ultimate edition's lowest price for physical is Amazon's price and $28.99 for digital. I think the regular edition may have been on the cheap like it used to be for Xbox and the ps5. I remember the game went down to $10-15.

Yep. I think people aren't adding like $80-150 at minimum for a 512GB microsd card to the overall cost of their Switch 2. I bought mine for $360 used and didn't really use it for months but the thought of buying one at $500 new and a microSD card isn't great. Now my library's grown so much, way more that I ever thought it would, and that 512GB card is holding on for dear life. I officially have to play the uninstall things to install new things game and it sucks. If anybody can get this Cyberpunk new or used, it's a wonderful buy and it's so cool the full game's on the cart.
