In fact my wife liked it so much that she kept stealing it from my tool bags when she needed it around the house. I eventually bought her an identical one for her Christmas stocking. She was thrilled.
I don't know if this is an amazing price, but it is a good quality tool.

This DeWalt retractable utility knife stands out for comfortable handling, onboard blade storage, and quick blade changes, with a blade change system that does not need a screwdriver. It also works well for routine jobs like cutting caulk and scoring drywall, especially when paired with sharp blades and regular blade changes. The main drawbacks are durability and reliability, since the plastic body can be less rugged than metal alternatives, the retraction mechanism can jam, and blade depth cannot be adjusted. A practical pick if you want a simple, comfortable utility knife and do not need heavy duty toughness.
The knife can feel comfortable in the hand and supports quick blade changes during use.
The blade storage can be adequate and may allow blade access without using a screwdriver.
The knife can work well for scoring and snapping drywall paper when the blade stays clean and sharp.
The knife may handle hard caulk around windows without issues when using sharper, harder blades.
The blade switching mechanism can be a hassle and may be a dealbreaker for some tasks.
The blade retraction mechanism can jam and get stuck open or closed, which can make the knife dangerous.
The knife may be less durable than an all-metal version and can melt if brake cleaner leaks onto it.
The knife may not adjust blade depth, which can limit compatibility across different work types.

It isn't as durable as a metal one. I had one melt when it was in a bucket with a can of brake cleaner that leaked on it.
I immediately replaced it with two more. I usually use a utility knife when I'm doing something that would wreck a pocket knife. It's nice to change to a fresh blade quickly. The angle and grip are comfortable.
