Most of the negatives around this oven seem to center on the touchscreen, whether it's controls that stop working or the display that fades out, especially around the one year mark. Actual performance is really good, toasts evenly, and it's spacious.

We had this model for a few years, just replaced it recently, it works really well and we really liked it, but it is a nightmare to clean, just the way the inside is and using the basket, liquid of some for will inevitably drip down on the heating elements and around them and we never could get it quite fully clean. Love it while we had it, worth it at this price point, just be aware it will inevitably just be/look dirty and need replaced when it gets too bad

Avoid buying this. I purchased one, and the center screen stopped working. Then I got a replacement, but the new one also stopped working after the warranty expired. Actually, I had three, and the third one I gave as a gift to a friend, and the center screen stopped working as well.

Thank you. I have the same center screen going out problem with a Cuisinart Air Fryer Oven. Plus it's really difficult to clean.

Thank you. I have a Cuisinart Air Fryer Oven that's really difficult to clean. I will pass on this one.

Not an unusual problem for many of these toaster oven / air fryers with digital displays. (they get up to 450 degrees!) We replaced a different brand unit after 2.5 years for the same reason, it still heated up but the display was burned out on some of the panel so you couldn't read the cooking time. Not the end of the world but a good excuse to buy a new one that I caught at a good sale price.

We went old school on the replacement (knobs, no digital display) and haven't looked back.

We have this exact same one and around the 6 month mark, the temperature control and the timer settings touchscreen stopped working. The temperature was on Celsius and whatever time was the default, that's how long the cooking or toasting was going to be. It just gave out the other day so I'm looking for another one..preferrably not this one.
