Community Reviews
This Ninja Luxe Cafe espresso machine stands out for easy espresso and latte making, with automatic milk steaming and enough flexibility for drip coffee, cold brews, and fancy drinks. The refurbished units often arrive looking nearly new, include all parts, and have made coffee costs pay back quickly for daily use. Cleaning is straightforward, though the machine can feel clunky, especially when switching grind settings, baskets, or handling the large milk jug. The main caution is warranty and repair support, since the factory reconditioned listing only carries 90 days and replacement parts can be hard to source.
The machine can produce espresso and latte drinks with automatic milk steaming for easier weekend drinks.
The ES601 can work for daily use for both lattes and regular drip without reported issues over time.
The factory-reconditioned unit can arrive looking nearly new with everything included for a smoother setup.
Ninja warranty support can replace the entire Luxe Pro machine when a frother-cup handle breaks.
The limited warranty coverage can be only 90 days, which may make extended warranty coverage important.
Switching grind settings and swapping portafilter baskets can feel clunky and awkward during back-to-back drinks.
Making multiple drinks may require dripping coffee and foaming milk one at a time, which can slow service.
A factory-reconditioned unit can develop heating or control board problems, and replacement parts may be hard to source.

Everything is included. I did however, receive a different model. It's the Costco model. Es655co. Some slight differences which can be upgrades from the es601. I'm super happy. Slick deal indeed.

Great machine. I bought one for my gf as a gift she loves cold brews. Was also new with all the sticky tapes.
i myself never use it because her settings are opposite than those for my lattes, it's a pita to switch back and forth the grind settings and swap portafilter baskets so I don't bother. Also the milk jug is huge and clunky and I hate handling it. I hate inserting portafilter and locking it in, it's pretty awkward I can't hold the whole machine as I wrench it in the way I do with my little one.
At my home I have a dedicated small Casabrews espresso machine and a grinder and I find them much easier and nicer to use although the actual amount of labor is the same but it feels like it's easier for some reason. I find Ninja to be very… clunky, super awkward and unwelcoming, idk… although it's all just a matter of habit I guess.
But… my gf loves it and that's all that matters
