This Ninja Luxe Caf espresso machine is praised for making espresso and milk drinks easy, with strong results for lattes, cafe au lait, and even drip coffee. The automatic milk steaming, self cleaning frother, and guided grind recommendations make it especially convenient, and the refurb units often arrive looking brand new. The main caveats are the 90 day limited warranty, some clunky workflow when switching settings or making multiple drinks, and occasional missing single shot accessories. A solid value if you want an all in one coffee setup without paying full retail.
The machine can produce espresso and drip coffee for daily lattes without needing to go out.
The automatic milk steaming feature simplifies making lattes and cafe au lait drinks.
Factory reconditioning can arrive looking nearly new with sealed accessories and only minor cosmetic marks.
The frother can self-clean and the machine can provide grinding recommendations after each use.
The espresso workflow can feel easier than a separate pour-over routine after dialing in grind size.
Included accessories can vary, including missing a single-shot basket or missing an espresso cup on arrival.
The 90-day limited warranty can be short, and extended coverage may be needed for peace of mind.
The machine can be awkward to use when switching grind settings and swapping portafilter baskets.
The factory reconditioned unit can develop heating or control board issues, and replacement parts can be hard to source.
The machine can limit workflow because it cannot brew into two cups at the same time.

Haven't seen anyone report that they received the single shot accessory even on the costco version. Thankfully if your machine supports it (and you find yourself wanting it) its only like $10 3rd party.
If my replacement isn't the 655 then I'll wait for the 701 to come back in stock
