Lexani LXUHP-207 looks like a budget performance tire that fits daily cruising better than hard driving. The tread design and water evacuation get praise, and some real world installs have gone two years or more with decent tread left. The main knocks are weaker wet and lateral grip, occasional highway noise, and a plasticky feel that can make the tire seem less sticky than pricier options. It is a value play if you want the look and basic all season use without expecting sports car traction.
Daily drivers wanting a low-cost performance tire, because it can feel fine for braking, corners, and normal cruising while lasting well over time.
Commuters who mostly stay in normal driving limits, because the tread evacuates water well and the tire can last longer than many.
Drivers replacing pricier all-season tires, because it can perform similarly while costing far less.
Owners who want a sporty-looking tire for an older car, because it looks aggressive and still works acceptably for average driving.
Drivers who need strong wet-road grip, because it can lose traction quickly on damp pavement and feel weak laterally.
Enthusiasts expecting hard launches or aggressive cornering grip, because it can break traction under throttle and is not very grippy.
Highway commuters sensitive to tire noise, because it can be loud at speed.
Drivers who want a tire that holds air consistently, because it may need monthly top-offs.

Edit; just just looked at my tire spec on Walmart app, don't remember these being an all weather tire. Don't know if they changed it but seems like they offer a better warranty compared from when I got it at that time.
