This isn't a deal. This is a perfect example of something being marked up on price so that the company could say it's on sale.
$30 more than the +105 deal a month ago. Still a "deal" imo - maybe not FP worthy but it's still a good price in this economy.

It's 5% more expensive than it was a week or two ago, but it's still a deal.

This deal keeps getting worse.... But it's still the best deal out there at the moment by far.

If nova lake will get the same treatment then I'd say wait if you can though.

How much does this RAM sell on its own?

I actually have some older 16GB systems I don't use. I'm gonna probably list them for between $100 and $200 just to unload them.

Intel is announcing DDR4 CPUs in Q1 2027. I'd wait.

Agree 100%. I got it then. The 3d cache is great for gaming and for 4k gaming 7500x3d is great. I have it paired with 9070XT and it runs great!

This is literally several hundred dollars cheaper than you could get a 270K+, 32GB of DDR5/6000 and a motherboard anywhere else right now. It's definitely a deal under our current circumstances.

It won't - at least not to this degree. The CPUs will be more expensive, and DDR5 prices continue to rise, and will likely continue doing so through 2027.

These Meteor Lake CPUs/motherboards are at the end of their lifecycle. The Nova Lake CPUs/boards coming in Q1 2027 are going to be considerably better in every way and will require a new motherboard so don't waste your money on these dead-end systems.

Also, Intel is known to offer good deals on new generation hardware to jumpstart sales.
