This candy bulk deal stands out for low per pound pricing on large Halloween assortments and individually wrapped treats, with fresh candy and fast shipping showing up in several orders. The site also appears legitimate, with past orders arriving as described and coupon codes bringing the price down further. Main caveats are inconsistent packing and presentation, including wrong quantities, non Halloween themed bags, and occasional torn or overfilled boxes. Chocolate can also arrive bloomed or melted, and timing before Halloween remains the biggest concern.
Common Questions (5)
Freshness is usually good, but there are reports of old, bloomed, or melted chocolate in some orders. Cold-weather shipping did not always include cold packs, so chocolate items may need extra caution.
Orders from the site have arrived as described, and the candy is reported to be fresh rather than old stock. The main caveats are occasional upsells after checkout and occasional shipping/packing issues such as overfilled or torn boxes.
Delivery timing is the main risk, with one order placed on the 16th arriving on the 21st. That suggests it can arrive quickly, but shoppers still flag Halloween timing as the key concern.
The deal works out to about $0.25 per ounce, or roughly $2 per pound. That pricing is why it is being compared favorably to local grocery and big-box store candy prices.
The mix includes individually wrapped candies, but some items may come in multiple separate bags rather than a single Halloween-themed package. One order of the Wicked Kisses Halloween Mix arrived as five separate bags with non-Halloween labels.

I ended up getting this Twizzlers assortment at $18 for 5 pounds, after coupon codes CIBHW2026 and HALLOWEEN26:

To address some of the questions as to whether the site is legitimate: I have ordered from this site last December as well as this past June. Both times, the orders arrived as described. They do try to upsell you to buy more stuff (at an additional discount) after you've placed your order, but you are free to ignore them
does Hershey's use real chocolate anymore?
