I bought this for 149 a few weeks ago
Just be warned that it's very large and heavy. It's not really worth it if you work a lot with half inch and three-quarter inch pipes. It may be really good if you work a lot with 2 inch pipes.

It's definitely a tool that will, imo, be used in commercial construction a lot more than say residential service work, but opinions will differ. Alternatively the RIDGID hand reamer is $40-$85, depending on size, and will give better access in tighter spots.
